Chad and the entire staff did a fantastic job replacing my starter. They were able to analyze the problem and get it repaired right away. I would highly recommend this shop, and I do, to anyone looking for a top notch mechanic

This company is absolutely AWESOME!!! We are from out of town and our van started making a whining sound. They told me to bring it in right away and while they checked it out they gave us a ride back to our hotel. They thoroughly checked our vehicle and found the problem!! Fixed it within the hour and came back and picked us up!!! Service was outstanding!!! Wish we had one close to us!!! I have never had such awesome Auto Care!!!! Thank you Honest-1. You guys were amazing!!!!

Great experience front to back. Brought the truck in for an alignment after setting appointment over the phone and was met with an efficient and competent advisor, JW, as well as a nice clean waiting area complete with complimentary beverages. Even received a follow up call from JW to make sure all was well PLUS a follow up email. I wish the medical field would practice such efficiency! Great job guys! TEN STARS

Nice folks, decent pricing, but will install substandard parts. Had complete brake job done there. Lasted just over 1 month. Took car back, they replaced all on one side, total failure again within 6 months.

We are sorry about the issues with the brakes but happy to replace under warranty. We do thousands of brake jobs a year and have maybe one return a year. Not due to parts or installation. Always due to the rust build up by people living on the ocean. This is not due to poor quality parts. We replaced under warranty BUT we really did not have to. The parts did not fail. The ocean caused your rotors to rust. Thanks for letting us know.
