First time I had ever been to this business, but they are very thorough and transparent wither services that are needed. It’s broken down into 3 categories. 1. Areas checked that are fine 2. Areas checked that can wait. 3. Areas checked that are urgent, that are safety issues. And it’s all spelled out for you. My first visit was pricey, but you get 25% off first visit and lots of things were broken. They guarantee their work for three years and I forget however many miles, but that’s awesome. The dealerships don’t do that, or at least the local Chevy Dealership doesn’t. So, yes initial sticker shock, but I received great quality service for my money and that what it’s all about. My truck drove a lot better leaving than it did driving in.

I went to the shop today for the first time for an AC problem. Jamison took care of me in a very professional manner, and he was super fast. My AC in the car had suddenly stopped working and Jamison after checking it out, was honest with me after he was able to resolve the issue without needing any parts replaced. This experience made my entire day, as I have not met any business being this thoughtful and caring about their customers. Thank you Jamison from the bottom of my heart and I am glad to say I have found my new place for all my car needs.

Jamison and his crew were very helpful and professional. There was a minor setback and they went above and beyond to ensure that I’d have my vehicle back by the end of the day. This will be my first recommendation for any vehicle needs from now on.
