Brad and his team at Honest-1 Auto always go above and beyond for my family. I recently had them replace my tires and a bunch of other things. They finished everything in a timely manner, was most affordable in the area, kept me updated throughout the process, AND had a driver drive me home and even brought my car back to me because my son was asleep at home! I had a small fire under the hood on my Dodge Charger i made an online appointment after hours. Brad called me promptly 7:15am even before they opened. I explained what I was dealing with and they had my car towed in and inspected. Brad told me what all was wrong gave me a really fair price. Brad worked with me on pricing and Jameson did excellent work. My car runs now and way better than it before. Brad is very knowledgeable and professional and I feel definitely cares about the customer. Thank you guys I’ll refer anyone I know to the Honest Shop.

I went to honest one because I bust my driver’s side rear tire. I spoke with Brad who advised me to bring the car in. He had the mechanic fix my tire while I waited and did not charge me a fee. He was very nice and informative and turned a bad situation into a good one. I was at ease. They also used a previous tire I already had to switch it out. Thanks Brad!
