Nice and courteous staff. JW was very responsive and communicative , he took care of my concerns and was upfront about what items were « must » vs « nice to have ».

Honest 1 is not a good place to being your vehicle. Rude to customers do not fix the problem. Won't make right on parts they broke. Over charges. Will not disclose what type of parts are on vehicle. Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague. Or don't and bend over....

Great experience with these guys. They diagnosed my Jeep Rubicon quickly and even though it was bad news they were honest and upfront about a resolution. Jamison Barkdoll was my service advisor, he was professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely use these guys again.

Leaving a four star review because the service itself was great, however I was given a 25% off coupon from my friend who referred me to honest 1 auto care that is for new customers. (I have never personally brought my car here to be serviced).. my friend had previously brought my car here to get serviced one day while I was at work so my car was in their system under his name. unfortunately for me, I didn’t realize that this is the place he had previously taken my car to. Believe it or not there are different places to get your oil changed in Daytona so it really didn’t cross my mind that this is where he could’ve taken my car to get serviced over 6 months ago. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was accused of trying to “cheat the system” and asked if I was buying my own car from my friend since it was under his name in the system and I was told that he would not be granted the money off for my friend and gave me his referral card back to give to “an actual new customer” but proceeded to let me know that he would still grant my 25% off bc they “have coupons online for that anyway” okay??? lol thank you I guess? An overall embarrassing experience that could’ve easily been avoided by simple discovery questions when I first dropped my car off.

NSB Chrysler had my van for FOUR days and said they still could not diagnose the problem!! They wanted to keep it longer to do an engine tear down. I said no and was charged $307 to be told “I don’t know what’s wrong with it.” Took it to Honest 1 Auto in Daytona and they had it diagnosed and repaired in half a day. Even though I live in NSB, I’ll be taking my vehicles to Honest 1 Auto in the future! The guys there were friendly and fast! The place was so clean, too!

I have to say honest-1 auto care in South Daytona is the best, our transmission went out on our way to Orlando for a cruise, and we from South Carolina, JW said don't worry about a thing to enjoy our cruise and everything was going to be ok, we got back and he kept his word and everything was ok, I definitely would recommend anyone to Honest-1 they are their name Honest-1

The crew was a pleasure to work with! Lost a bolt on my caliper and they took care of it immediately! Thank you guys! Cleanest shop I’ve ever seen and friendly staff that didn’t mind giving us some food recommendations while we wait
