Daytona Beach Auto Repair

I was losing air in my back passenger side tire and I saw a "Honest-air Care" advertisment on line. When I walked in, I was plesantly surprised, they were courteous and professenal. They repaired my tire in about 20 Min. at no cost, as a courtesy, for a new customer. While I was waiting I spoke to a customer waiting in the lobby and they had nothing but good things to say about the service they received. I definitely will bring my car to them if I need a repair and for my next oil change. Don T.

I had just drove in From Texas to,This location in Florida, when my AC went out and was only blowing HOT air. I called this location and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chad. He was able to get the diagnosis completed in a very timely manor all while getting my oil changed that day. He had called my Extended Warranty provider for me so the part could be ordered and the repairs be completed. The part arrived and he contacted me to set an appointment. The AC was fixed that same day along with a tire rotation as I travel a lot for work. AC is colder than when I purchased it! Chad kept in great contact with me through the process which was extremely appreciated and professional. I am 110% satisfied and would recommend this establishment to everybody. My car broke down while on vacation in Daytona Beach. Unfortunately, I had to have it towed to a local mechanic because my insurance company would not tow it to Jacksonville, FL. I looked up a local mechanic and found Honest-1 at 2200 Ridgewood Ave in S Daytona beach, Fl. Now when I say professional, caring, understanding and just outright awesome, that it what you experience when you seal with Honest-1. These people had shuttle service that picked me and my daughter up, took us to a hotel, picked us up and took us to breakfast the next day, and to a car rental. They also allowed for me to leave my car for 3 days while I waited for Triple A to tow my car. They men Chad, the two shuttle drivers and they other staff were both friendly and amazing. Unfortunately, I did not have the money to fix my car there. If I had the money, I would have definitely entrusted them with my vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful service and courtesy you extended to my daughter and myself.

They went over and above to take care of the issues with my car. I left with more knowledge of what my car actually needs to maintain it in good condition and with confidence in the work completed. Very happy and will be back. They even have a dedicated employee that will drop you off and pick you up if needed. Very helpful! Thank you!

Came in to have my tire plugged. They said it was a spot not pluggable. Quoted me 317.00 for one tire. Also broke my center cap and lost my valve cover because they were just careless with my car. I took my car to “Terrific Tire” and paid 10 dollars for a plug. I did try to talk to a manager before I made review and he would not take my call. They did replace my turn signal bulb for free.

Been to a few repair shops since moving here, theses people are friendly, professional and most of all honest.Thank you Honest1

The customer service from Brad, chad and JW I hope that is correct, was the best i have had anywhere, they made me feel so comfortable, i knew i was leaving my car in the right place, just wonderful customer service, i just was amazed how wonderful they all were! kept me updated, and Brad saved me money by trying to get me the best deal available for a very expensive problem.
