I dropped off my vehicle off for a PM service bumper to bumper there prices were fair the shop kept me informed on everything I truly appreciate the guys that worked there took the time to explain everything to me about what they did to my vehicle I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in thinking I needed a new battery and was prepared to buy one from them. They did an analysis and determined that my current battery was fine. How honest is that? This is the second time I have gone to them to have work done and both times they assessed the situation, came up with a simple solution and/or recommendation without trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely be going to them for any future service and also recommending them to my friends.

I am a first time customer of Honest11. Toward the end of my 1,450 mile trip from New Hampshire to Daytona Beach, I noticed the dreaded grinding sound of brakes in need of attention. Shuttering with each tap of my brakes, I managed to safely complete my journey. The next morning I chose the first 5-star rated auto repair shop i could find on Google. It was extremely fortunate for me that I chose Honest-1; they were ample to squeeze me in the very next morning. I was immediately impressed at the cleanliness of the shop, the politeness of the staff, and the expertise of the mechanics. During my visit I was equally impressed by subsequent updates of what the mechanics found, the solutions they recommended, the options they offered, and the anticipated cost of each. Although I did not avail myself of it, I was also impressed that Honest-1 offered to shuttle me back to my residence and pick me up when the work was concluded, both at no cost. This is a first class, highly professional organization. I do not have a single complaint, BUT I do have a VERY positive experience to report. 5 Stars? Nonsense. They deserve 10 Stars!

Excellent company!

I took my vehicle there to have a rattle checked. It was the heat shield above the muffler that had come loose. They took my vehicle in immediately, fixed the problem and had my car out within minutes. Because it was such a simple, quick fix they didn't charge me. The reception area is very clean and comfortable with plenty of chairs and two televisions. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive service.

I always bring my little car to this shop. Recently I had my tires checked for pressure, but they checked the breaks and told me when is estimated to wear out, what and when to expect to do. Very good team, and they really treat their customers with respect and care.
