We have been taking our car to Honest1 for a couple years. We have repair shops much closer, but it’s worth the drive to know we are getting honest work at a fair price. Their employees are always professional and helpful. The reward program is a bonus. We highly recommend!

The experience has always been a positive one thanks to the patience and understanding of the staff. I come to this honest-1 auto all the time. The service is always fantastic. I love their courtesy shuttle drivers and really have no complaints. Would recommend to anybody and they even have Saturday hours.

So happy to find Honest1 Auto Care near us! I had some problems with a recently acquired 2016 Volkswagen Beetle. Hubby talked to JW and they told us to bring the car right down. Thought we would have to leave it, but car was ready in no time. We were called several times with updates, too. Place is so clean, welcoming and they even have snacks and drinks! Took my car for an air conditioner issue, they were able to look at it right away and found the issue. They were very upfront about it being a whole lot of work and even pulled up a video of what would be required to fix it. I ended up not getting the issue fixed but they performed an all around inspection of the car as well as reading the error message and telling me what needs to get done for free.

Honestly I'm always hesitant taking my vehicle to a mechanic that they're going to over charge and add on things that I really don't need. At Honest 1 they've always made me feel like I'm in good hands, from the prices to the store Manager and All the office staff are so pleasant.

I made an appointment yesterday with Mr. Brad told him my issues with my car he said with an appointment my car could be seen. I went to my appointment today another guy was there asked me about the issues and asked could I leave the car because it couldn't be seen today. I was not told that on the phone yesterday when I made appointment I was told it could be seen to find out what's wrong but that didn't happen. I felt like it was a waste my time and gas.
