Took my truck in for steering wheel vibration and was told I had a major real seal leak in motor and the oil that was dripping from motor was clean gold oil and oil inside motor was almost due for a change they are a bunch of thieves stay away

The building is bright, clean, and well cared for. Snacks, coffee, and cold water are offered. Staff is professional and friendly.

The auto shop is nice and professional but the prices are truly insane. A 3 hour job for $800 with parts I bought provided is exorbitant and I got the car fixed elsewhere for less than half the price. Not worth it here

Water Pump - My husband and I were in Daytona Beach from Davenport for some R&R. We have only lived in Florida for a short time, so very new to the area, never been there. We were on our last day at 6 pm and water started leaking from our car. We poured water in it and felt we would deal with it in the morning, becaue nothing was open..Our real concern was our dog who we boarded for the trip..We had to pick him up the next day..Got back to the hotel and started looking for an auto repair shop. Again everything was closed by now..Asked the hotel for help as to who to call, they didn't have an clue...Both of us started to get worried as to where to take the Hummer, who to call, we needed to make a plan. I got on the computer and started taking notes on who to call first thing in the morning..Neither one of us slept that night worrying about our dog, we would have an hour to 2 hour drive depending on traffic, do we reserver another night at the hotel, who do we call...first thing in the morning we called auto repair shops most said they were too busy and couldn't help us, but the Lord was on our side, we called Honest -1 Auto Care, Brad Dobbins the General Manager, ansewer our call. We explaind our situation, and he said come on down, he would see what he could do..We were there by 8:30 am..He took a look at the Hummer, gave us an estimate on the cost and how long it would take and would work on immediately. I called the Doggy Spa to made arrangements to pick up our dog first thing the next day because they closed at noon.. And they began the work...He offered to take us to a mall, or where ever we would like to go...He suggested we go nextstore and get some breakfast. We chose to go get something to eat, and came back to the shop. From then on he kept us posted on what was going on, and at 1:20 pm we were on our way home..I love the Honet-1 Auto Care and Brad....By 4 we were home, (traffic) made arrangements to pick up our dog first thing tomorrow, and thankful for Honest-1 Auto Care. I only wish they were in Davenport Florida, until then, they have earned a loyal customer..Thank you Brad, for going the extra mile and caring about our well being, and treating us like family..God Bless!

Absolutely nothing honest about this place. They tried to charge me 700 for 2 u joints got it done 2 minutes down the road for 265. Three people on the same street told me they have a horrible name stay clear!!!!!!

My Toyota 2003 4Runner was serviced at Honest-1 in Daytona Beach, FL.. I liked the clean waiting area and the service managers were very professional and kind. At the onset Jeff explained what I should expect as I was a first-time customer. I got no surprises from them. I really appreciated his honesty. They performed several items needed to update my service schedule, which included my timing belt, water pump, service to the transmission and replaced the power steering unit. When I initially drove away from the establishment my service lights illuminated. I returned immediately and they corrected the problem right away without any hassle. It's been almost two months since the service was rendered and all is well. I recommend them as auto service providers to others as I will definitely return when I require auto repairs and diagnostic evaluation.
