They corrected the problem with the cheapest means possible. I wish they would of checked the tow drivers maneuvers when they towed the truck into their facility. It would of saved a lot of down time on my truck.

I was so thankful that these guys were able to pinpoint the issue my Hyundai started having after the crazy dip in temperatures. They zoned in on the problem, gave me a fair price and had the job done in less than an hour after quoting me the price. They have an amazing lobby to veg in too!

Outstanding customer service!! Unfortunately they didn't get to work on my car because it had a catastrophic engine failure. But they sure made everything else easy for me in a time of frustration. Thanks guys!!

Brought my truck in while stopping for 5 days in Daytona because of a little squeak from front wheel while moving straight forward slowly. This shop kept my truck for two days while telling me they were still looking at it every time I asked about it. Finally they give me a report on front and rear possible issues most of which would have nothing to do with the noise. When I asked for an estimate on rear wheel brake work including calipers and replacing 2 rear shocks they gave me an outrageous price of $2360 . I told them to get it ready for pickup and they couldn’t give me a ride there until 1 pm the next day. Not happy with holding my truck hostage for 3 days and did nothing but look at it.

I'm relocating to the area from Michigan and I'll definitely be using this great business for the mechanic work on my family's three vehicles in the future. Very friendly staff.

Great service, the employees are friendly, helpful and on top of communication before during and after my service. One thing I love about Honest-1 is their text service that kept me updated and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup. Also, they texted a copy of my vehicle inspection report and all the information was detailed and easy to understand so that I understand what items I need to address moving forward.
