When I came in I was extremely nervous about leaving my car with you. I've had it for 21 years and worried that the problem was unfixable. It would be like losing a member of the family. JW was most assuring that it could be fixed. After an unexpectant glitch, they keep their promise. I now am driving my car without fear of not being able to start it. PS Their driver that took me home and back to the shop was excellent.

Honest is not a good enough word to describe my experience. Quality workmanship Fast turn around , incredible comunicación , transparency and access to financing for some much needed costly repairs. I get my oil changes and tires rotated. I have also done transition services and A/C work. My husband is a mechanic but travels a lot for work, so this says a lot that he trusts them to work on our vehicles.

Did great as usual. In when they said. Out when they said. Very good communication as always, Very comfortable place to do business. Always suggest things that will need doing but no pressure to do it unless it is a real issue. Just nice people to do business with. If you go in with a small issue they give you attention and figure out how to take care of it. Was in with a tire light on and a service need light on. One guy came out and took care of tire. Another guy came out to check and reset the light. I was told have a nice day see you in a month or 2.
