We spend our winters in Daytona Beach and did not have a local repair shop in the area when I suddenly had a problem. I found Honest-1 Auto Care in Daytona on the internet and couldn't be happier. I called and they my truck towed to the shop, they diagnosed and corrected the problem(s), inspected the vehicle all in the same day. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. My service advisor JW was excellent to work with, as were the other staff members I talked with, they even provided a free shuttle. They also stand behind their work with a great warranty. Took my vehicle in to find out why it was not getting a spark. We Just wanted them to run a diagnostic test. They tried to come up with all kinds of problems to charge us for that was not related to the issue. They Charged me $400 dollars later to find out it was just a security issue due to the new key I had made. They didn’t have to do anything no parts was replaced. My AC was working great before I took it to them but it was not when I got the vehicle back. When I got it check to realize my AC has a hole in line now. Honest 1 don’t seem to be that honest

The customer service was great and the free shuttle very helpful, but services are very expensive. I was quoted over $650 to service a regulator and motor in my driver side window for a part cost 84.99 at AutoZone. $1500 to service both the window and to change brake pads. They offered me financing options. I went elsewhere and got the issue resolved.
