Upon calling the shop, I spoke to Jamison, gave him some minor details of the issue with my truck asked me to bring it in and within 24 hours we had an honest evaluation and all repairs replaced. Jamison sent pictures and kept us updated. Along the way in the progress. We took it in thinking we had a rear axle seal and upon the pictures it was actually very dangerous if not taken care of. The computer sent the wrong time in the email and I called in a panic and JW did an amazing job making sure my concerns were addressed. I even have the “I will call back at 9:30 if I don’t hear back” well I got a call at 9:25 with the diagnostic! JOB WELL DONE Gentleman! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!
