[EDIT] - Manager called this morning. Very courteous. Talked through the charges. Will be issuing 20% refund, and stated he will provide personal service to my son & his wife in the future. Will edit star rating further upon verified receipt of refund. [OP] - Charged my inexperienced young adult son and daughter-in-law over $1000 to replace a broken belt. Invoice shows a 500% markup on the 2 required parts, and includes a $199 computer diagnostic... for a broken belt. I called for a blind estimate over the phone and was quoted under $200 for the same repair, and received comparable quotes at other local shops. I've called back twice since to discuss the unfairness of the fees and was told a manager would call me back both times. 4 days later, still waiting.
