Went in for a bad A/C unit. I made an appointment on their web site on Sunday. They called the next morning and said not to bring car in yet because they would not be able to get to it. I thank them for the call and I completely understand. They made appointment for the next morning 8 am. OK, sounds good to me. My wife took car in and they gave her a ride home. That was also great. At 2pm that day I called to see if car was ready, they had not even started on it. Not a good feeling for us. I told them that the wife really needed the car and whatever they could do would truly help. They put a rush on it and got car done that day. They gave us a call at 5:50 pm and said the car is ready but we must get there before they close at 6 pm. We are 20 minutes away, he said they would wait. We hurried to pick up car before they closed which I wish we did not have to do but we could not wait another day. New A/C is in the car and is working well. The price from what the internet says was reasonable. This store is my go-to place when I need competent work performed, just wish appointments were followed better. Still a good sloid 4 out of 5.
Sorry for the delay Gary. We appreciate your business. We try to get cars done the same day and that is why we are so busy. We had over 30 cars that came in on Monday and the guys worked their tails off to get them out. Sometimes we have parts delays that we cannot control. An appointment is not the time your car will be in the shop, it is like getting in line. If you get out of line you have to go to the back. I wish we could give a more accurate time but there are too many factors that we can't control. Most dealers are 2-3 weeks out in getting an appointment and then you would have to leave your car for several days. We do have loaner cars available sometimes if you run into a situation where you can't wait though. Thank you for the feedback.
