i loved these guys. called at 8:30, got a 9a appt and they drove me home by 9:30! Rich handled the details and Darryl dropped me off and picked me up when the car was done. I have a new go-to for any car-related fixes. The only way it could’ve been better is if they had a bloody mary bar!!

I could go on all day about how great Honest 1 Auto is. They treat you like family and are always willing to help go the extra mile in helping you. My family has been using them for 7 years and counting. Not to mention that Brad is a great guy all around.

We’re from out of town and had some issues with our vehicle. They were super friendly, very courteous and had amazing customer service. We feel 100% safe to be back in our vehicle and drive back on our 24hour drive with 6 kids in the car. Long story short, I waited over and hour for a scheduled oil change. Nobody bothered to inform me of what the hold up was. I was told it was a technician finishing up a wiring job when I got up to ask after peeking outside to see my truck still sitting there. I was the only person in the waiting room when I left. Yes, I walked out without an oil change 😞 Never again.

They performed all services as agreed upon and gave me updates on their timely service. A complementary inspection was performed and I was given a report. Glad to know they look out for vehicle safety.

Very professional. Great service. Clean establishment. Gave me a loaner while they worked on my vehicle. A little pricey but worth the service.
