OMG....I called up to get an estimate on very specific work necessary to the safety of the vehicle. Over the phone they, (JB) I believe, told me I needed an appointment. This is the only garage stating the need to see the car. The work estimate is all computer generated. There is no longer a need for this type of work. We showed up o. Time. No one knew why we were there. We were quoted three times Dealer cost and made us wait because no can use a computer. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. CARPE DIEM!
