Took a 2021 F-250 from the dealership through this place for an inspection; fast, friendly, and as far as I can tell, thorough and reasonably priced service. Will update if anything changes for the worse but for now, 5 stars

I had a great experience at Honest- 1. They fixed my truck in a reasonable amount of time and had awesome communication about what was wrong. There was a small hiccup when we picked it up, but Brad and his team were so wonderful to check it out and take care of it. I would highly recommend this business for your car needs!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We were visiting Daytona Beach from Athens, Ga and our air conditioner stopped working on our drive there. I knew I did not want to drive the 7 hours home without it, so I researched places to take the car to because I didn't want to use a dealership. Honest-1 was one of the first places that caught my eye. After reading the reviews we decided to go with them. The location is very clean, neat, and plenty of things to do. Luckily with us being on vacation, they offered us a free shuttle and they took us back to our condo to enjoy the day at the beach. They took care of my car and were very informative. They picked us up when it was ready and brought us back. It was a very smooth process and we HIGHLY recommend them!

This is the only place I will take my vehicles. They always go above and beyond, answer all my questions and communicate every step of the way. They give a detailed report on what was done, what is recommended and what really needs to be done. Everyone is friendly, work is completed quickly and I've never had a problem.

Jamison was very honest with his assessment of my vehicle, which is an 2018 Honda Accord. My check engine light along with 8 other warnings came on with a message to see dealership immediately. Well turns out this wasn't the case. Within minutes at Honest-1, Jamison Barkdoll completed a scan and cleared the signal. I didn't have to pay a dime and he gave me his honest opinion about what happened. My car has no issues and the stress about returning my car to the dealership vanished away. Thanks Jamison and Honest-1 for your service and honesty. It's hard to find these days!
