I'm still relatively new to the area and my hood was stuck (so I thought). I needed to find a mechanic that was open on a Saturday. I checked Google and found this location. Not only were they open, but they dealt with me changing my appointment time three different times. Brought my BMW in and not only did they get the hood open for me, but I got my oil changed as well. Turns out an old friend of mind (Jordan) worked there and took care of servicing my car. He was great, management was great, atmosphere was great, and I was very well taken care of. Will be returning next time I need some work done. A+ experience and service.

My check engine light came on took it into Brad (who is amazing). Found the problem and it was fixed by the next morning. I was expecting later in the afternoon was very surprised it was done in the morning. The car drives amazing. Thank you.

Such a great experience from beginning to end. J.W. was so helpful and kept me informed during the entire process. Inspection report was very thorough with pictures of the problems. Prices were very reasonable considering the work that was done. Finally found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic!

car wouldn’t start & ended up getting it towed to Honest-1 because they are AAA certified. Got great service, needed a new starter & it was more expensive than I thought but luckily they had a student discount! got my car back a day later. 10/10 service & Brad was super responsive & helped with the discount!
