Daytona Beach Auto Repair

I live in Palm Coast and I go all the way to Daytona to have my car service by Honest-1 Auto Care because I trust these people and I know they are not going to lie to me.

Services rendered have always been done right by a professional. This visit was exceptional! Went for a routine LOF and Tire Rotation. Unfortunately, a couple of lug nuts were stripped and needed replacing. This took some extra time, but the caring attitude of my dilemma was obvious. Then, when told that for my troubles my visit was entirely at ZERO cost to me.................How does it get any better than that type of service???? Answer: It doesn't get any better!! Thoroughly pleased again!!!

It is the only time I have had an oil change where the store didn't try and up sell me on a lot of other services I knew I didn't need. As far as I'm concerned. their name and logo are 100% accurate. It was also quick and efficient. Altogether, a very pleasant experience.

Everyone there has been helpful. They never gave up in trying to find out what the problem was regarding my tires. They were sincerely concerned.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you and your staff. I had my mother in-law take her car to your shop a week or so ago so you could replace her water pump and a little bit of other work. My Mother in-law tells me that your staff from the second she arrived made her feel extremely comfortable and were very helpful. You guys performed the work extremely well and in a timely fashion and overall left us with a very positive feeling toward Honest-1 Auto Care. I will recommend everyone I know to go to your location. Apt time was great. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. The people are REAL people! I witnessed the patience they had with a rather difficult customer - I am a nurse and have to handle some folks with 'kid" gloves - but I would have had difficulty being nice to that guy!
