Fixed diesel leak on my truck. I waited a month to write review...still no leak. Yay! Not many diesel mechanics in town--I refuse to go to the stealership-- not cheap but fixed the problem-- will definitely be my go to diesel mechanic. Didn't just start throwing new parts at the problem which I totally appreciate.

Everyone seemed nice & professional, the mechanic also was very knowledgeable, BUT $98.00 just to look the vehicle over & report what the problem is, seems a little HIGH to me. also by the time I got out of there the total bill came to almost $600.00 with a coupon. OUCH

Well, I have experienced the whole Honest-1 system. I left a review of my good experience (1-14-16). As things happen, I drove home to Illinois after vacation in Florida and after 2 weeks and 1200 miles, the air compressor that was replaced in Florida blew-up. Hear was my opportunity to see how the warranty system might work. The nearest Honest 1 location to my home is 2-1/2 hours away, and the car was not going to drive that far. So I called the Corporate warranty department, they were nice and said I could take vehicle to my local mechanic and they would cover repair of warranted items. Both I and the local mechanic were skeptical that this would go smoothly, however, he diagnosed the problem, provided estimate to repair/replace defective compressor, and Honest 1

This is finish of my posting earlier that got submitted before complete. (Fat fingers on keyboard) Honest 1 covered the repair fairly and my mechanic and I were happy with the outcome.

Thank God someone finally decided to incorporate honesty into the auto repair industry. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating, the pricing was very fair and the service very fast (same day). The owner shuttled me back to work and delivered the car when it was finished. If needed, a loaner was available. What more can you ask? Thank you Honest-1!
