My auto advisor, Jamison, provided the best customer service I’ve ever received by providing timely updates to driving communications with my warranty company. He cared! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD AT SPECIALTY PROJECTS FOR OLDER VEHICLES

Very courteous from the first call. Work done was extremely thorough. Found and fixed our mystery issue at a price point WELL BELOW the dealership WITH warranteed work. Best warranty around bar none. Work was completed quickly but not in a rush to cause suspicion. I don't what issue(s) anyone else may claim to have had but I found none. The technicians speak layman's and are not dollar driven like most other shops. Honest-1 is A-1 on US-1!

I went to Honest-1 for a second opinion after my Lexus dealership told me my 2020 RX350 with 90k miles, needed a $5000 timing cover oil leak repair. The Lexus dealership showed me a picture of an oil spotted engine and said it wasn’t urgent but within a year would need to be repaired. Honest-1 put my car up on the rack and brought me back to the garage and showed me my engine was immaculately clean and saw no signs of an oil leak. There were very efficient, quick and professional, never saying anything bad about the dealership only that the engine showed no signs of leaking oil. I will definitely follow up with them and go there for all my future auto maintenance.

Frank and JW were very friendly from the start. I told them what I thought was going on with my car. Dropped it off. I was called a little later with the diagnosis. They gave me a very good price. The car was done quickly. And it is so much better than when I went in. I would recommend them to anyone. And if you go in tell them Micah sent you and you'll be taken care of. Thank you gentlemen.
