After an unpleasant experience at Honest 1,Jeff made sure that I would go away happy this time. I am a long time customer and will remain so.

On the way from Pa. to Florida we had a rumbling noise on our van. We stopped in Honest 1 to see what was wrong. Brad and his mechanic took the van for a ride and found that the rubber was loose around the front wind shield. They glued the windshield for us and didn't charge us anything. Not a lot of places would do that! Thanks for your great service.

Immediate service with 4:30 appt. Only went in for oil change and taillight. No attempt at upcharge, but provided recommendations for future service. Offfered to sign up for loyalty program for add'l discount. Have revolutionized auto repair experience and will return as well as refer others.

We pulled in at about 4:30PM on a busy afternoon having trouble with our truck starting consistently. After diagnosing the problem, making a part to fit our truck and installing it, they had us out of there in 30 minutes and didn't even charge us! Wonderfully kind, honest people who just wanted to see us back on the road.

I had a turbo ,and rear brakes installed.Both jobs were not done corrrectly.Took 3 times to get corrected,and once home since I was from out of town,the turbo install had to be looked over and fixed to where it would work right.no bolts tight,no o ring gaskets were replaced.Had an air leak,and an exhaust leak.

There was waiting time but the manager did an awesome job.
