Top notch. my pickup std shift would not move in first gear or reverse. Called Honest-1. They had a tow truck here within an hour and called me in less than three hours to pick it up fixed and offered to pick me up if I needed. I never had that kind of auto service before, I highly recommend them.

There certainly is nothing to complain about at our local Honest-1 facility. The work performed there has always been fine, the prices are reasonable, the employees are friendly and helpful. The facility itself is spacious, comfortable if you want to wait, neat and clean and they have a shuttle service if you need a ride. Can't beat it, IMO.

On my way to visit family in Daytona, I noticed the brakes on my vehicle grinding. I called Honest 1 Auto Repair and they were able to schedule me for a brake inspection immediately upon arrival. Once the inspection was complete, they showed me pictures of the degraded brakes along with the recommendation to replace pads and rotors. They were able to get started immediately, and even offered to shuttle my family to our hotel and pick us up when the work was completed. Great Customer service.

I trust these guys! ...they earned my trust which isn't an easy thing to do. As a single senior about to drive across country they were sensitive to my concerns. I highly recommend Honest One. Gorgeous facility as well.
