Awesome service! From the prompt, friendly towing service given as a courtesy by having the repair work done here to the professionalism shown by the techs ot was a top notch experience to date. They offer great financing options with flexible payment plans. Also, the upkeep and cleanliness of the property as well as an updated customer friendly lobby made it even nicer. Brad and the staff there are amazing! I went in this morning with a flat tire without an appointment and having never been there before. I was treated like I was their best customer. They are very professional and friendly and got me out the door in 30 minutes at no charge. They have a lifetime customer and I will reccomend them to everyone! Great job guys!

Yesterday took my car to Honest1 for repairs. I am a single, older female and have to rely on honest people to work on my car. Honest 1 did just that! Helped me understand exactly what was wrong, showed me, and explained everything in detail. Friendly, and helpful. Transported me to and from shop while repairs being done! I've been driving for only 4 years, but in that time I've been to several mechanics in just the Volusia County area, until now I've only had one trustable mechanic who is too far out of the way. I'm so glad I was recommended to Honest 1 because its much closer, they walk you through the cause of the issue and walk you through what they're going to do to fix it along with giving you a 3 year 36k mile warranty on just about every service. I have gone twice here and both times they took me home and picked me up when my car was ready and even took me to work and picked me up on my lunch today. Friendly and helpful staff all around, and the other day I got there as they were closing and they still let me in and test drove my car with me to diagnose a problem and stayed open a little later to let me schedule an appointment. All around I'll be recommending this to everyone and coming here for my service needs moving forward.
