1st Time customer so I was worried that selecting a shop that I would trust.I must say that Honest 1 Daytona was that and more. Brad was very friendly and professional, he provided an estimate for my repair with detailed cost and breakdown. They provided shuttle service which was very convenient. Jeff took us home and picked us up with friendly prompt and safe service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for "Quality Service".

Came here after the dealer told me my rear brake pads needed to be replaced because they were at 3mm. They also said I needed an alignment. Came to Honest-1 and spoke with Brad to get a second opinion and for free they checked my brakes and my tire wear and found the brakes were actually at like 4-5mm and didn’t need to be replaced and the tire wear was perfect not needing an alignment. They even brought me in to the garage to see for myself. Thank you for truly honest work and great customer service. I will be sure to come to Honest-1 for any future repairs rather than getting ripped off at the dealer.

Honest and up-front about their pricing. They were able to set me up with an appointment the same day I called, and were quick to diagnose the problem. After ordering parts, they reached out to confirm my repair appointment. They started the repair promptly and didn’t try to up-sell me or beat around the bush. From all of my accounts everyone involved at Honest-1 was indeed, honest.

Very impressed with my first visit at your store. Everyone was helpful and understanding. My Mini Clubman was desperately in need of an oil change. Without much delay, my auto was attended to within minutes. The oil change was taken care of and I left an hour later very satisfied. Thank you.
