The crew working on Saturday 1/25 couldn't have been more professional when I came in with car trouble. I could tell by the way that they interacted with other customers in person AND on the phone, that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their service. I can honestly say I've never been treated so nice and with such respect as I was by Brad. Brad explained everything to me and described what needed to be done. I never felt taken advantage of or charged an inappropriate amount. They finished an extensive job in the time they told me, and I couldn't be more grateful that I chose to go into your shop. I only did because of the good reviews on line. Thank you for a great experience!

First visit. Booked appointment on-line. Excellent response on appointment. Confirmed by phone. Easy easy. Shoes for appointment a little early and the took me a little early too. The gave me an estimated finish time and met it on time. In fact a little early of time given. The greeter scheduler was friendly and helpful with questions I had. Perfect first visit. I will return for any further periodic I may have. Recommend them 100%.

Phenomenal experience, all-around, from start to finish! Brad at Honest-1 Auto Care was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. I was in Daytona for a wedding and as I was pulling into the hotel parking lot, at 11pm at night on a Friday, my serpentine belt snapped on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne. I was an hour from home and didn’t have a local mechanic yet (having just recently moved back to FL from GA), so the situation was pretty dismal to say the least. I contacted Honest-1 Auto Care on Yelp via messenger because it said they typically respond in an hour (even though it was late, I thought what the heck, they will get the message in the morning and write me back). They respond almost immediately. They had a tow truck (free of charge) at the hotel at 9am the next morning and had a diagnosis before 12pm that same day. My tensioner pulley snapped, so they had to order the part, but the job was competed that following Monday morning at a reasonable price (having been in the industry for six years, I had a price in my head and they nailed it). I would 100% recommend Brad and his Team at Honest-1! Thanks for the great service and turn around.

Friendly, efficient, wonderful staff and service. Have been a happy customer over the past few years and they NEVER disappoint.

Brought the company van in because it had a low tire. I explained to Brad that the boss was going to be driving it down to an event in Orlando and I wanted to be sure it was safe. Brad fixed the flat, then checked the other tires, brought them up to specs and said all was ok. This service was done fast and the waiting room was real nice. I will be coming back here with my own cars.
