Good service but prices a bit high.

I had to bring my car in during this covid-19 outbreak. I was coming in to find a leak in power steering fluid. Problem was found and I was taken to garage to view leak in rack/pinion parts. Everything was explained clearly BEFORE doing work. I was shuttled home and car was wiped down before I entered for safety per CDC guidelines. I was called when car was finished a couple days later, picked up and all my questions were answered. Friendly and great experience. Will definitely be using this company for all my car needs in the future....and NEVER the dealership again! Honest-1 was less expensive.

Went in for a free A/C check witch is very appreciated,my vehicle was misdiagnosed,over priced for repair,which led me to other options,costing me 130 for the part and 250 for labor at another shop,money down the drain due to lack of work morals and jumping to conclusions.Thanks alot "Honest 1"

I’m a retired teacher on a fixed income. I heard a radio ad for Honest-1 when they first opened and decided to try them. Another shop (name also ending in “1”) said my son’s Honda Civic needed ball joints immediately. I went to Honest-1 for a second opinion; they said yes boots were torn but joints were still ok and should last a while. 40,000 miles later we’re still driving the vehicle on those ball joints. I was so impressed with their honesty that they got my business from then on. Lately they aligned front end in my minivan and corrected very uneven tire wear. They even mounted and balanced a used tire for free! Can’t say enough about Brad at front desk and the quality and honesty of work at this shop.

We first spoke to Rich on the phone he was very helpful, we then brought the car in anf it was taken care of, Again we spoke to Rich regarding my grandsons vehicle again we took the car to the shop and he was very helpful. I would definately recommend this shop
