My husband I took a newly purchased 2018 Kona Limited from a local used car dealership for a once over for any mechanical or physical internal problems before the 7-day return policy. . When we arrived at Honest- 1 we were met by a front desk employee, George. We were very impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the service we were seeking. Since we waited for that car, George explained that there was a small area where one could obtained free snacks or water. He also pointed out a TV screen that showed the garage area and our car’s location. Honest-1 waiting room is very large and clean. There are several chairs to ensure the COVID spacing requirements. The process took the allotted time of 30-40 minutes. Upon checkout George explained that the service done on the automobile was video taped and the paperwork was sent to us in email. This information is on a central Honest-1 site which, if needed, could be seen by any Honest-1 location. This is a great service if one is traveling locally or on a trip. We will be using Honest-1 for all future car needs.
