They basically replaced a hard to reach fuse in a place no one knew about until they did all this diagnostic work. I felt so bad after learning they did all that work only to discover it was a blown fuse that was not in the owners manual but was connected to my stereo/ac. I could not believe it. They also discovered that my battery was shot and not my alternator like I initially thought. They were upfront and honest, very understanding and accommodating and I couldn't be happier. They were even incredibly patient with my impatient behind when I would check on my car consistently. Over all if I could rate them higher I would. I am so incredibly happy with their services and even happier to have my suv back.

With its incredibly clean and comfortable waiting area and friendly, competent auto technicians, there's really no reason to take your car anywhere else! They provide excellent service at a fair price, and they're always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended!!

It looks like they have a well oiled (pun intended) operation. "Professional" is the word that comes to mind. I sat in the waiting room and could not help but observe how they treated their customers, whether on the phone or in person. They seem like honest good people to me. By the way, the waiting area is really nice. Not the stereotypical greasy and dirty and tiny waiting room you would get at a lot of auto shops.

These people are phenomenal. On vacation, had a flat and they did everything to could to help! Very polite. I can relate to someone else's comment here that they are probably the best in Florida!

I can not say enough good things about Honest 1 Auto care. Our AC went out an hour after we crossed the Florida state line and we were facing a possible week with no AC! JW was able to get us in right away with no problems to get repairs done. Chad was extremely helpful to make sure our repairs were covered under our warranty with CarMax and made the whole process smooth and easy. We appreciated Mark shuttling us to get some lunch while we waited and take us around town. The repairs were done right on time and my kids enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks while we waited! JW even called back the next day to make sure we were doing good and all repairs were satisfactory. I have never worked with such a reliable, honest and efficient repair shop before and I wish you all had a location in TN!!!! Thank you for being so wonderful and saving ourselves from the sweltering Florida heat!!! Highly, highly recommended this place a million times!!!!
