I went in not knowing what to expect. But everyone was friendly and helpful. They fixed the air conditioner in my 2007 Camry. Its nice to have air-conditioning again. I’ll give them five stars and I recommend this place to anybody. I am a female and when I was in my late teens early 20s I had an engine stolen out of my car. So I never trusted going anywhere to get my car fixed again. But I would highly recommend this place

The dealership told me I needed to replace my entire engine (11K). I have a warranty, so I would only have to pay a portion, but it was still astronomical. I went to HONEST-1 & they told me what the problem was. They literally saved me 2k! After that was diagnosed, I had them to fix the brakes, align the wheels and change the oil. I ended up saving a day on my rental because they did it so quickly & all of those services for a very affordable rate. The communication via text and call as they performed the job was great.

From the second you walk in the door you get a sense of professionalism and integrity from these guys. Three gentlemen working the counter all very knowledgeable. Very clean and organized shop. Honest and upfront pricing. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from a auto shop. A+ all around

I'm a student here, so I don't necessarily have a place I go to for everything like I do back home. I was recommended this place by a friend, best recommendation I've gotten. Brad kept me updated with everything that was going on with my car and always was honest with me. Normally places will try to upsell you on products, but they were straight to the point with what was needed to be fixed on my car. I was originally going to do the brakes my self but decided I wanted to give them the business. I found the place I will go to for everything for the rest of the time I will be down here.

Third time getting work done here. Super impressed with honest, professional staff and service! Another repair shop tried to sell us something that wasn’t needed. Honest1 did just the work that was needed. At check out we were told we had $45 in reward dollars we could use right then. Win - win!

The name “honest auto” is literally what the experience feels like. You walk in to a clean, friendly, cold temperature, waters in the fridge for you and overall professional business. They charge me honest and industry standard prices 10/10 times. They take care of minor things for me without cost from time to time. These guys are honest and when I drop my vehicle off here, I know I’m taken care of every single time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I can’t even recommend one guy to ask for because they’re all so damn nice! PS Thanks for taking good care of my Challenger!!! Look know further guys. They basically replaced a hard to reach fuse in a place no one knew about until they did all this diagnostic work. I felt so bad after learning they did all that work only to discover it was a blown fuse that was not in the owners manual but was connected to my stereo/ac. I could not believe it. They also discovered that my battery was shot and not my alternator like I initially thought. They were upfront and honest, very understanding and accommodating and I couldn't be happier. They were even incredibly patient with my impatient behind when I would check on my car consistently. Over all if I could rate them higher I would. I am so incredibly happy with their services and even happier to have my suv back! Thank you! sincerely, for aiding me in a stressful situation I had been dealing with since purchasing my vehicle.
