The name says it all! Everyone dreads leaving their car at a repair shop, only to be told that so many unexpected repairs are needed and the cost will be so much. Who knows if the diagnosis is accurate or if you are being taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs. Recently, my wife was driving on the interstate when she felt something wasn't right with her car. Being from out of town, we randomly called Honest 1 Auto repair to arrange for a tow to repair the problem. Not only did the technicians spend hours testing and trying to confirm the problem, they continually kept in touch with us to report on the progress. They did not want to perform a repair that they didn't believe was necessary. Their "honesty" and integrity, along with their professionalism, was beyond our expectations. I felt confident in their work and would recommend them highly. I only wish they were located closer to where I live. Great job Chad and Jeff!

I went here for the first time ever for an oil change. The man at the desk, Chad, was very professional and answered all my questions in depth. Jose the mechanic/technician noticed during the oil change that my air filter and cabin filter were disgusting. Chad relayed the message to me and not only did he tell me he also showed me the filters and explained the importance of those things being changed considering myself and my one year old would be breathing in nasty airflow. Over all it was the best experience I've had with any mechanic or shop I have ever been too and the pricing was reasonable rather than outrageous. I highly recommend them and will be back for any future repairs I may need. Thank you so much!

This was my first time at Honest-1 Auto Care. I was very impressed. Their lobby was clean and spacious. They had snacks, a child play area and a business center with WiFi. They also have a courtesy vehicle that will take you home and pick you up if you don't want to wait. My service was performed in a quick manner and I was updated via text by the technical during the oil change. They also gave me a list of recommendations in list of priority with no pressure to do any of them. Definitely recommend.

Great Management. Visiting Daytona. Alternator goes out late at night. Call the shop. Get to talk to emergency Honest 1st representative at 11pm on a Friday. Towed to shop at 9AM on a Saturday and repairs were thorough and professional. Visiting for race weekend and very impressed. Total Quality service and staff. Thanks JimBuck

I brought in my car for what I thought was an a/c problem. Come to find out, I had a mouse stuck in the blower! The guys were honest, the price was fair, and the courtesy pick up saved me a day off of work! I will definitely come back in the future! Thanks again!

This place is great.. we talked to Brad. Very nice young man, great people skills and great at explaining things. They did my back struts and some under the hood work. Car runs like it's new.. recommended that if you want some honesty god here..
