First of all, I was extremely pleased with the line of communication between JW and myself. I appreciated the timely texting and phone calls to keep me informed of their progress on my vehicle. Second of all, from the minute we walked in the door, the friendly greetings from the employees was very nice. When I had to leave my vehicle there they offered us a shuttle service to the destination of our choice. A special compliment to Izzy, the young man who drove us home. He was so courteous and such a gentleman. He had ice cold bottles of water waiting for us in the car and even opened car doors for us.
