Apt time was great. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. The people are REAL people! I witnessed the patience they had with a rather difficult customer - I am a nurse and have to handle some folks with 'kid" gloves - but I would have had difficulty being nice to that guy!

Thank you for taking such good care of my car when the brakes were acting up. I've enjoyed doing business with you for about 10 years; you always do good work at a fair price, and promptly, too.

I was very pleased with the service, although I didn't get my front end alignment completed, because of needing more work than originally thought. I was pleased with the service. When I can afford the work to be completed I will have Honest 1 do the work. you took the time to tell me what I needed and prepared a written estimate.

I can't say enough about my positive experience. Mark was my service advisor and Josh was my technician. Needing all fluids changed out with an oil change. I am very particular about my brand of oil and fluids and wanted to bring my own in. They acted like it was no big deal which I definitely appreciated. I dropped my Jeep off and they took me back to my work and then picked me up at the end of my workday. What totally shocked me was Andy.... My dreaded check engine light was still on after they completed all services, I was upset as anyone would be. It is a known issue with 2012 Jeep Wranglers and their cylinder misfires. However, what set them apart from other auto repair shops is Andy voluntarily called me back the following day to let me know they did more research (that I didn't ask for) and it is cover by a special warranty from Chrysler. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

The service was fast and the people were nice and honest. They explained everything that was wrong and showed on the car and diagrams how bad it was and what exactly was happening. The necessary fixes and suggestions were clearly defined and prices seemed fair. The fix was fast, but they also had a shuttle service available.

Staff was very friendly. Service Engine light came on. They replaced a sensor which they said wasn't working. Did offer a temporary loaner car (appreciated that, to do my job) while mine was being checked out and worked on...quick turn-around. Found oily handprints all over car, should have been wiped off. Sluggish idling and running problem has not been solved/fixed, being intermittent. They said they cannot find what is wrong...situation/hesitation/sluggish idling has to be re-created. Was told, if it acts up again, bring it straight in. This is not exactly possible, depending on where I am with driving.
